| (con't) Make 2008 Your Year To Start Your Own Home Business by Gail Casseus If you are thinking of beginning or you recently started your own home business, the first thing you must do is write down your why? Yes,... your why?... why are you doing this? Are you looking to replace your current job, make extra spending money, or spend more time at home with the family? Whatever the reason is, before you start, make sure you define your why? Without a why, you have no purpose and you have no direction. Your why is not your goal, it is the reason you are doing what you are doing. Goal setting is different, it is where you want to be. The second thing you'll want to do is read and educate yourself about working from home, there are many resources available on the web. One source I highly recommend that I've found most helpful is a free ebook "Work from Home", it is full of very helpful resources and information to help you get started with the process of having your own home business. If you find your are having a hard time deciding what kind of business to start, think of what you are most passionate about. Another good start is what hobbies do you have, could you share information with others about it? If you answered yes then you could turn a profit?
